Service Description

Includes Remediation Protocol, collection of up to 3 bids (to be scheduled for site visits with homeowner), screening and verification of credentials/insurance of contractor, verification of methods and appropriate containment procedures, sourcing of advanced credentialed contractor if environmentally sensitive individuals occupy the home (Multiple Chemical Sensitivity, CIRS, etc), Review of the selected contractor’s Mold Remediation Work Plan, establish project timeline and milestones, oversight of remediation project, Post Remediation Verification and 2 lab samples.
